Do I have to pay extra to get a warranty?

No. All our customers are protected with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If you face any issues with the device within a year, please contact support and one of our agents will arrange everything for you to get a new device.

No. The device should not be used while it's being charged.

I'm loving this - amazing for dull skin

I'm a 33 years old woman and I used to have dull skin for as long as I can remember. I have tried many cleansers, exfoliation methods and products but nothing really worked. But I thought I would give this a shot, even though I was doubtful. But lemme tell you what happened.
