Return and Refund Terms for Enviable Beauty
This Return & Refund Policy (the "Policy") governs the return, exchange, and refund process for all purchases made through Enviable Beauty ("we," "us," or "our"). By making a purchase on our website, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by the terms set forth in this Policy. Please read this document carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 General Eligibility:
You are eligible to return an item for a refund or exchange only if you initiate the return request within 14 days from the date you receive your order. The item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
- It must have all tags attached.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
1.2 Return Authorization:
All returns must be authorized prior to shipment. To initiate a return, you must use our Return Portal. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. Return Process
2.1 Return Initiation:
To initiate a return, you must submit a request through our Return Portal. After the return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Please follow the instructions carefully to avoid delays or issues with processing your return.
2.2 Return Shipping Costs:
For returns that qualify for a refund or exchange, the return shipping costs will be covered by Enviable Beauty only under the conditions outlined in Section 3 below. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you are not eligible for a free return or exchange.
3. Free Returns & Exchanges
3.1 Size Issues or Defective Items:
If the item is defective or you need to exchange it due to size issues, Enviable Beauty will cover the cost of the return shipping label. Free exchanges for size issues are only eligible if you select one size smaller or larger than the size you originally ordered. This exchange policy applies once per item.
3.2 Returns for Refunds:
If you are returning an item for a refund (not an exchange), Enviable Beauty will provide a return shipping label and waive the restocking fee only if the return meets the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1.2. Refunds are subject to an 18% restocking fee. You will also be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
4.1 Inspection and Notification:
Upon receipt of your order, you are required to inspect the items for any damage, defects, or incorrect items. In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us immediately through our Contact Page. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged or incorrect item for the issue to be resolved.
4.2 Resolution of Damaged/Incorrect Items:
We will assess the damage or error and arrange for a replacement or refund if the item is deemed defective or incorrect.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
5.1 Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Lingerie and underwear
- Swimwear
- Earrings and pierced jewelry
- Jewelry, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and all fine jewelry pieces
- Opened personal care items
- Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Used or damaged items not in their original condition
- Final sale items and products with bundled savings
5.2 Reason for Non-Returnable Items:
These items are non-returnable due to hygiene, customization, or value preservation concerns. This policy ensures that all products maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
6. Exchanges
6.1 Eligibility for Exchanges:
Exchanges for size issues or defective items will be accepted in accordance with Section 3.1. Free exchanges are only eligible if you select one size smaller or larger than the size you originally ordered.
6.2 Non-Eligible Exchange Requests:
Exchanges for items that do not meet the size or defect criteria outlined above are not eligible for free shipping or exchange.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
7.1 EU Customers:
Customers whose orders are shipped to the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer protection laws. During this period, you may cancel or return your order for any reason, without providing justification.
7.2 Return Conditions for EU Orders:
To be eligible for return under the cooling-off period, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received—unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
8. Refund Process
8.1 Refund Approval:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
