1. Overview

At Enviable Beauty, we take pride in the quality of our moissanite jewelry and want you to love your purchase. This Refund Policy explains what items are eligible for return, how to initiate a return, and how refunds and exchanges are processed.

By placing an order on enviablebeauty.com, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.


2. Final Sale Items — Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances:

  • Made-to-order and custom items — items produced to your specifications, including custom sizing
  • Items designated as final sale — clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

By completing your purchase of any of the above, you acknowledge that the sale is final and that no return, exchange, or refund will be issued.


3. Eligible Returns

For all other items not designated as final sale or made-to-order, we accept returns under the following conditions.

3.1 Eligible Situations

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • Defective or damaged items — the item arrived with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit
  • Wrong item sent — you received an item different from what you ordered

We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing preferences on standard items, or any reason other than those listed above.

3.2 Return Window

You must contact us to initiate a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

3.3 Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • In original, unaltered condition — unworn and undamaged (beyond the reported defect)
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags still attached
  • Accompanied by photo proof of the defect or damage (required for all damaged or defective claims)

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at hello@enviablebeauty.com within 30 days of delivery with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you are returning
  3. The reason for the return (defective, damaged, or wrong item)
  4. Clear photos showing the issue

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address. Do not send items back without first receiving approval from us — unapproved returns will not be processed and will not be eligible for a refund.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Stripe) within 7 business days of receiving the return.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account — this typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
  • If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of our approval notice, please contact us at hello@enviablebeauty.com.

Please note: Original shipping costs are not refunded. Only the item price will be refunded for approved returns.


7. Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item and prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we are happy to accommodate this. Please indicate your preference for an exchange when contacting us to initiate your return.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method instead.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges, the same as standard returns.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@enviablebeauty.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect. We will work quickly to make it right through a replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to assess photos and determine whether damage is the result of a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or customer misuse. Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.


9. Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us at hello@enviablebeauty.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item you received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, at your preference.


10. Order Cancellations

In-stock orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at hello@enviablebeauty.com. After 24 hours, fulfilment may have already begun and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Made-to-order and custom items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and confirmed, as production begins immediately.

Pre-order cancellations are accepted any time before the item ships. Once a pre-order has shipped, it is subject to this standard return policy.


11. International Orders

International customers are subject to the same return eligibility and conditions as domestic customers. However, please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or fees associated with returning items across international borders.
  • Original shipping costs and any customs duties or import taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for international returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or held in customs.
