Made-to-order and custom items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once the order has been placed and confirmed. 3.3 Final Sale Items
Certain items in our store are designated as final sale. Final sale items are clearly marked as such on each product page. These items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. By purchasing a final sale item, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

4.2 Cancellations
Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at hello@enviablebeauty.com. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as fulfillment may have already begun. Made-to-order and custom items cannot be cancelled once placed.
4.3 Pre-Orders
Some items may be available for pre-order prior to their availability. By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the time of purchase. Estimated availability dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. If a pre-order item is significantly delayed or unavailable, we will notify you and offer either a revised timeline or a full refund.
5. Payment
We accept payment via Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s Terms of Service.
We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or an unauthorized transaction is suspected.
6. Gift Cards
6.1 Purchase and Use
Enviable Beauty e-gift cards are available for purchase on our Site. Gift cards are delivered electronically and may be used toward any eligible purchase on enviablebeauty.com.
6.2 Terms and Limitations
- Gift cards have no expiration date.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
- We are not responsible for unauthorized use of gift card codes. Treat your gift card code like cash — keep it confidential.
7. Shipping
7.1 Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are processed within the timeframe specified on each product page. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
7.2 International Shipping
We ship internationally. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are collected by the destination country’s customs authority. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping timeframes for international orders are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Enviable Beauty is not liable for delays, losses, or additional charges arising from international shipping or customs.
7.3 Shipping Carriers
We use multiple shipping carriers to fulfill orders. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on destination and order characteristics. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
7.4 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at hello@enviablebeauty.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.
16.2 Binding Arbitration
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and Enviable Beauty agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site through binding individual arbitration rather than in court. This means you waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.
Arbitration shall be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration service under its applicable rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, or via remote hearing if mutually agreed. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
16.3 Exceptions
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm. Small claims court actions are also exempt from this arbitration requirement.
16.4 Class Action Waiver
All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Enviable Beauty regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
